I have been to this office twice.. both times with a difficult/unusual situation. Where other tag offices blew me off or sent me on a roundabout of bureaucratic hoops, Sapulpa tag office was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Super friendly staff. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my tag/title needs.
I had no trouble here. Showed up early in the morning, other people were in line conducting business and I had to wait only about 10 mins and it took the lady's about another ten minutes to do the work I was requesting. No issues. They seemed polite and knowledgeable.
All I have to say I go to the glenpool tag agency! People in Sapulpa screwed up and sent my title to the person who sold the truck instead of issuing me it. Then when I called they said it's not our job, here's a number to call. Bs it is your job I paid you to do your job! She was rude and hung up on me. Glad I found the glenpool tag agency! Hate the Sapulpa one! Staff there to me seems to always have a stick up their butt!
I have been to this office a couple of times and was very satisfied with all the assistance they gave me. I appreciate the help with all my questions with the situation that I had going on with a vehicle. Got done what I needed in a quick amount of time. I will continue to travel over thirty minutes away for this kind of service.
Office workers were quick and helpful. The lady who helped us was extremely kind to our 20 month son and involved him in the process. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
