Normally it would have been a 4 star. But this trip they sent us to the wrong screen room. Then wanted us to go to the right one 25 minutes into the movie. All this on my wife's birthday and no offer to compensate us. The door wasn't marked and the sign wasn't there.
You know the old saying you can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig they did a really nice job putting new carpet in new seats in but they need to hire people who are more responsible and stead of little kids running a theater and if they do they need to have an adult there because I actually had to get up out of my seat to have them turn off the theater lights and miss part of the movie so I will never go back there considering the increase their price in tickets
Edit- The General manager called me and apologized and comped me the tickets to fix it. That was all it took for me.
Great new set up. Includes a mini-bar and great seats!
We live near by and love that such a nice clean theater is so close. Staff is friendly and efficient. Movies start on time. Love the recliner.
The remodel was just what this facility needed! Very nicely done!
