Nice people did a review did not get the discount though for doing a review
This facility is clearly built incorrectly to cause the damage to be this severe ....
But there are some times that knock us all back a few....
I want all STORAGE people to please be very careful with buying units or storing at this or any facility....dont let them get away with this.... if i could add pictures here to show all what i mean i would....
Way overpriced compared to even newer storage facilities west of town. Almost $50 a month more expensive than others for a 10x20.
Spoke to onsite personal and was told AS IS....which I know is AS IS but I feel they used the online Storage Treasures as place to sell fraudulently water damaged items by taking advantage of the AS IS clause....
Mine was bought online with just the pictures and word of Southside Storage ...
By site you could not see water standing in the back nor the damage of long term water damage to the items inside....
I recently won a unit from Southside Storage whom had it listed on Storage Treasures had my husband and son go the very next day to clean out the unit as we had agreed on.....being responsible...
Staff is really friendly, showed me a unit cleanest I've seen in town, love that it has recorded surveillance, key pad to get inside the gate manager explained everything in detail. I will recommend to my friends and I will be there later to rent a unit
As buyers we are expected to pay and clean out with in a designated time frame and most do this with out issues....
The people at Southside Storage are great and are very helpful if you need a place to store things that is the place to go real friendly people
