All of you are caring and friendly. The most important thing to me is that I trust you and feel you always take great care of my pups. And never mind answering my dozens of questions! I feel fortunate that I found such a great veterinary group!
Not just for the money. We have seen other vets (in emergency situations) and wouldn't trust our fur babies with anyone else. There have been instances when they have worked with us on payment because... they are in it for the animals! Can't stress this enough. They will treat your animals like it was their own pet.
Would have been five stars if I hadn't waited so long!! But I have been there when you have spent extra time with me so it wasn't a problem for me. My appointment was at 11 and I left about 1:30. I haven't ever had to wait very long so I can't complain.
Advanced care was recommended to me about 5 years ago, and I'm so glad it was. The entire staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. My dog loves visiting them.
We found Dr. Patton approximately 5 years ago and I consider that one of the luckiest days of our life! With two boxers (one with a myriad of health issues) it seems we spend a fair amount of time needing veterinary care. Dr. Patton, Dr. Huckabay and their wonderful staff are always there when we need them. I am not a trusting person, but I can honestly say that I have complete faith and trust in their ability. It doesn't get better than this clinic and this team.
I am new to the area and I needed to get one of my four dogs checked out so I called and they got me in on the same day. The front desk ladies were very nice and the vet was so friendly and understanding. I will be bringing all of my dogs here from now on.
