It's conveniently located off the turn pike, its clean, peaceful, with new rv hook ups, laundry facilities on site & the landlord/owner is cool. He has worked with us when we had some issues. We love it here!
Overall not bad. Brian is a great manager. People are okay. In a very convenient location.
Need some maintenance. Like mowing, and filling pot holes!
Has showers, laundry, WiFi, etc. Lived here over a year now.
Very good place for a permanent person. Best bang for your buck with all that is available.
Everyone keeps their lot very clean, the bathroom area was exceptionally clean only negative comment I have is about the road, its got pot holes scattered all over, if you're in a car, pay attention!!
Spots are a little tight and could of had grass...but overall good friendly place to stay.
