Horrible place filled with druggies, police are alway being called, thieves, and not to mention the guy who owns this place never fixes anything at all he's a liar and just wants your money don't think he wont cheat you out of money trust me horrible place I've ever lived in my life.
Run by a slum lord. Rules change depending on who you are.
